Camatti is an ancient liqueur made from the infusion of flowers, herbs, and aromatic roots, crafted with an exclusive process by our house.

Unique Taste and Artisanal Production
Since 1924, Camatti has maintained its distinctive taste through artisanal production. Every stage, from the selection of raw materials to infusion and maceration, is carefully designed to enhance the characteristics of the herbs and plants used.

The infusion is then left to settle in stainless steel barrels or casks and is subsequently filtered to remove impurities. We add a syrup of water and sugar, resulting in the Amaro Camatti ready for bottling.

A symbol of the city of Genoa, Camatti is an artisanal treasure that has won over generations of consumers.
