Il Foresto – white wine Recausi

Fundamental wine of the Foresto winery, also for the number of bottles. The Foresto takes its name from recausi, a term to indicate the stones placed to support the typical Ligurian dry stone walls, those hidden but which guarantee the stability of the structure and the drainage of the water.
It is the result of the production of the historic varieties of the territory, recovered on uncultivated and abandoned terraces for years. The fermentation of these vines follows a traditional process, therefore it can present a slight sediment.
